Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual training sessions, webinars, and online courses.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for all training activities, including participant registration, material distribution, and technology setup.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, and stakeholders regarding training inquiries and support.
  • Administer learning management systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, pre-work, and post-training resources.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and completion data.
  • Collect and compile feedback from training sessions, supporting evaluation efforts to continuously improve programs.
  • Assist in the creation of training reports and data analysis to track program effectiveness and engagement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any logistical or technical issues during virtual training delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within training or HR.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
