Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously review and edit raw transcripts for comprehensive accuracy, grammatical correctness, proper punctuation, and correct spelling.
  • Ensure precise speaker identification and integrate accurate, synchronized time-stamping within all transcripts.
  • Thoroughly verify proper nouns, technical jargon, and specialized industry terminology through diligent research when necessary.
  • Strictly adhere to specified style guides, formatting requirements, and client-specific preferences for each project.
  • Maintain consistently high quality across all work and meet established project deadlines without exception.
  • Provide constructive, detailed feedback to transcribers to facilitate continuous improvement in overall transcription quality.
  • Efficiently utilize a variety of transcription software, editing platforms, and audio playback tools to optimize the editing workflow.
  • Proactively communicate with project managers regarding workload status, potential challenges, and timely project completion.

Required Skills
