Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and project timelines across multiple time zones.
- Manage project documentation, including creating, organizing, and maintaining files, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry, research, and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and team members with administrative tasks.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) to track tasks and milestones.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an administrative, project support, or virtual assistant role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
