Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources across multiple remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project members, clients, and external vendors through virtual channels.
  • Organize and lead virtual meetings, setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive project summaries.
  • Support the onboarding of new virtual team members by coordinating necessary resources and information.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for a remote collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
