Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules for multiple departments or executives, including scheduling, rescheduling, and sending reminders.
- Provide general administrative support, such as responding to emails, drafting correspondence, and organizing virtual documents.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, shareholders, and internal staff, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Utilize virtual office software and tools to manage communications, databases, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all interactions with discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and various departments in a virtual setting.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role.
