Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budget, and operational requirements.
- Perform detailed demand forecasting and inventory analysis to optimise stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocks.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve supply-related issues, and foster strong relationships with key vendors.
- Utilise ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced planning tools to manage and track supply chain activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Analyse supply chain data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Manage risk by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related role.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
