Are you an experienced Supply Planner with a knack for optimising complex supply chains, even from a distance? KBR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budget, and operational requirements.
  • Perform detailed demand forecasting and inventory analysis to optimise stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocks.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve supply-related issues, and foster strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Utilise ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced planning tools to manage and track supply chain activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Analyse supply chain data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Manage risk by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective remote collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of forecasting techniques and inventory management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience in the engineering, construction, or energy industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proven track record of implementing supply chain improvements.
