Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create engaging, responsive, and user-friendly designs for various web platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and developers to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and technical requirements.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and optimize user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Solid proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for understanding development constraints.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
