Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all logistical aspects of live and pre-recorded webinars.
- Manage the technical setup and execution of webinars using platforms such as Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, or Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, content, sales) and external speakers to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with event goals.
- Design and manage engaging registration pages, send out pre- and post-webinar email communications, and distribute follow-up resources.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to speakers and attendees before, during, and after live virtual events.
- Conduct thorough pre-webinar technical checks and rehearsals with speakers to ensure seamless presentations.
- Monitor live webinars, manage attendee Q&A, and address any technical issues promptly.
- Analyze webinar performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future events.
- Maintain an organized and accessible library of all webinar assets, recordings, and related documentation.
- Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance our webinar program.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our virtual event strategy and execution.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in coordinating and managing virtual events or webinars.
