Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual wellness events, workshops, and challenges.
- Manage communication channels for wellness programs, including drafting newsletters, emails, and internal portal updates.
- Monitor and track participant engagement and program effectiveness, preparing reports and insights for the Wellness Manager.
- Provide administrative support for the wellness department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining program documentation.
- Research and evaluate potential wellness vendors, resources, and best practices to enhance current offerings.
- Field employee inquiries regarding wellness programs and resources, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee health information in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the creation of engaging promotional materials for wellness initiatives across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Marketing) to integrate wellness into broader employee engagement strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or program support role, preferably within HR, wellness, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
