Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with Full Compass marketing goals and product launch cycles.
- Oversee the end-to-end video production pipeline, from initial concept development, scripting, and pre-production planning to post-production review and final publishing.
- Manage the YouTube content calendar, ensuring consistent uploads, timely delivery of video assets, and optimal scheduling for maximum audience reach.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and rigorously optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and custom thumbnails for maximum discoverability, search ranking, and click-through rates.
- Analyze channel performance extensively using YouTube Analytics, providing regular, detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Implement and continuously refine strategies for audience growth, engagement, and retention, utilizing features like community tab posts, polls, YouTube Shorts, and live streams.
- Collaborate closely with product experts, marketing specialists, and potential external creators to generate high-quality, informative, and entertaining video content.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep our YouTube strategy innovative and cutting-edge.
- Manage and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns and promotions to strategically boost reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all video content adheres strictly to copyright laws, brand guidelines, and YouTube's community standards and policies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrable professional experience managing and significantly growing successful YouTube channels.

- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including scripting, editing principles, and graphic design for compelling thumbnails.
