Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack, wrap, and protect clients' belongings to prevent damage during transit.
- Safely lift, load, and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off removal vehicles.
- Assist with the dismantling and reassembling of furniture as required, using appropriate tools.
- Handle specialist items with care, following specific instructions and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently as part of a removals team to meet deadlines.
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients throughout the moving process, addressing any concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of removal vehicles and equipment before, during, and after jobs.
- Navigate various properties and environments with caution and respect for client privacy.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere, fostering camaraderie and mutual assistance.
