Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings for prospective tenants.
  • Prepare, process, and manage rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Maintain and update rental property listings on various platforms (online and offline).
  • Assist with marketing efforts for available rental properties.
  • Maintain organized tenant and property owner databases.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Provide general office support to real estate agents and the management team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to rental operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative or office support experience (minimum 1 year).
