Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead researchers with data collection, entry, and management, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews using academic databases and other relevant sources.
- Organize and maintain research files, records, and databases in a systematic manner.
- Prepare preliminary drafts of research reports, presentations, and other scholarly outputs.
- Assist in the development and refinement of research protocols and methodologies.
- Perform basic statistical analysis under supervision and present findings clearly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, focus groups, or experiments as required.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and progress.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations throughout all research activities.
- Support administrative tasks related to research projects, including procurement and travel arrangements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Computer Science, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
