Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead researchers with data collection, entry, and management, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews using academic databases and other relevant sources.
  • Organize and maintain research files, records, and databases in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare preliminary drafts of research reports, presentations, and other scholarly outputs.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of research protocols and methodologies.
  • Perform basic statistical analysis under supervision and present findings clearly.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, focus groups, or experiments as required.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations throughout all research activities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to research projects, including procurement and travel arrangements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
