Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate daily care activities, ensuring all residents receive appropriate support and attention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns with sensitivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to resident admissions, discharges, and ongoing care management.
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Required Skills

- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting, even in an unofficial capacity.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.

- First Aid certification.
