Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential property elements.
- Conduct minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.) as needed.
- Inspect common areas and facilities regularly, reporting any major issues to management.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, grounds, and workshops.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with waste management, recycling initiatives, and general tidiness of the estate.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and operational policies.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, material usage, and time spent on tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance situations outside regular hours.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman roles, or a related trade.
- Basic knowledge and practical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Proficiency in using common hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical, hands-on approach to repairs.
