Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting social inclusion, independence, and skill development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Accurately document observations, incidents, and progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and protection of residents.
- Support residents in accessing community services and appointments.
- Actively participate in supervision, training, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
