Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting social inclusion, independence, and skill development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Accurately document observations, incidents, and progress reports.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and protection of residents.
  • Support residents in accessing community services and appointments.
  • Actively participate in supervision, training, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
