Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of daily and weekly guest activities and entertainment programs.
- Lead group activities such as games, crafts, sports events, and themed parties for guests of all ages.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities, adhering to established guidelines.
- Actively promote upcoming activities and events to guests, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Maintain activity areas and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper functionality.
- Gather guest feedback to continuously improve activity offerings and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest services and event coordination.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events, shows, and larger entertainment productions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to activity scheduling, supply inventory, and record-keeping.
