Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the resort, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, including revenue growth and cost control.
- Oversee and mentor a diverse team across multiple departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Leisure, etc.).
- Maintain the highest standards of resort facilities, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and the local community.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and uphold brand standards and operational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in resort or luxury hotel management.
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
