Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-call resolution.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions in Camden and wider London.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist with guest luggage handling and coordinate porter services when required.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Act as a central communication point for all guest-related services and emergencies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort front office role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS), ideally Opera or similar.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a calm and courteous approach.
- Right to work in the UK.
