Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness for all services.
- Assist spa therapists with treatment setup, including stocking linens, products, and equipment.
- Ensure all spa areas, including lounges, locker rooms, and reception, are tidy and well-presented.
- Greet guests warmly, assist them with check-in procedures, and guide them to appropriate areas.
- Replenish towels, water, and other amenities in guest areas throughout the day.
- Handle laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding spa linens.
- Monitor inventory of spa supplies and notify management of low stock levels.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional, discreet service.
