Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Assist servers by taking food and drink orders when needed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas promptly with fresh linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms throughout service.
- Support the waitstaff with food and beverage running, ensuring all items are presented correctly and to guest satisfaction.
- Address minor guest inquiries and direct more complex requests to the appropriate front-of-house or back-of-house staff.
- Replenish condiments, napkins, and other table supplies regularly to ensure guest comfort.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure seamless service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their dining experience.
