Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Attendant to join our premier Hospitality Hall in Brookside, Stockton. Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and place settings, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement before service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and storage areas throughout shifts.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to tables, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, removing used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other condiments as needed, anticipating guest requirements.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor requests courteously, escalating complex issues to management.
- Ensure all service equipment (e.g., trolleys, bus tubs) are clean and readily available.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Support special events and private functions within the Hospitality Hall as required.
