Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with stocking and restocking bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.
- Wash and polish glassware, ensuring a constant supply is available for service.
- Manage ice supply, ensuring bins are full and accessible throughout shifts.
- Restock refrigeration units with beverages, ensuring proper rotation and freshness.
- Prepare and cut fruit garnishes as needed for drink service.
- Assist with taking out trash and recycling from the bar area.
- Support bartenders by retrieving items from storage or the kitchen as requested.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Learn and understand beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation standards.
- Observe and learn proper bartending techniques and customer service best practices.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks and skills.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy cases (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
