Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans manually or using dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms regularly.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as washing vegetables.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, counters, sinks, and food prep surfaces.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate needs to management.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as instructed.
- Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service.
- Report any maintenance or sanitation issues to the supervisor promptly.
