Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors in dining areas, hallways, and staff rooms.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest and staff restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment exteriors, and storage areas, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Empty waste bins and manage waste disposal according to established procedures.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces throughout the restaurant.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas adjacent to the restaurant, including entranceways.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory, notifying management when supplies are low.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled or required.
