Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are always stocked with necessary supplies.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils, or operate dishwashing machinery.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
