Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and storage facilities.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain pristine conditions.
- Wipe down and disinfect tables, chairs, counters, and all other high-touch surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all supplies (soap, paper towels) are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly and in a timely manner.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, or assist kitchen staff with dishwashing duties as needed.
