Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to Steers' strict quality and hygiene standards, focusing on flame-grilled burgers, chips, and milkshakes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and manage transactions with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and all equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries to ensure optimal freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety guidelines, operational protocols, and security measures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant as required.
