Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and workspaces.
- Monitor dish machine temperatures and chemical levels to ensure proper sanitation.
