Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery in designated areas.
- Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils by hand as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station and kitchen area.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as required by the kitchen staff.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage of all cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
- Support the kitchen team by keeping work areas tidy and free of clutter.
