Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.

  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Clear tables promptly and efficiently, resetting them for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Support kitchen staff by running food and assisting with basic prep tasks as needed.
  • Stock service stations with necessary supplies, such as ice, condiments, and clean dishware.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests with politeness and a helpful attitude.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant operational standards.
