Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food orders for takeout, delivery, and catering services according to specific instructions and company standards.
- Ensure all packed items are correctly labeled with order details, ingredients, and any allergen information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary packing station at all times, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, minimizing delays.
- Monitor inventory of packaging supplies (containers, bags, cutlery, napkins) and report shortages to management.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks or general kitchen duties as needed during quieter periods.
- Inspect finished products for quality and presentation before sealing and dispatch.
- Safely handle and store food products and packaging materials.
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and precision in packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications
