Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and garnished appropriately before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order readiness and special instructions.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing finished plates, and pre-bussing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting station and dining areas.
- Learn and memorize menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to answer basic guest questions.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
