You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a seamless flow of service during meal times. You will work closely with our kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, address any guest concerns promptly and courteously, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (at least 1 year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
