Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
  • Manage the reservation system efficiently, handling bookings, walk-ins, and waitlists with precision and professionalism.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and communicating any special requests to the service team.
  • Maintain accurate seating charts and monitor table availability to optimize dining room flow and minimize wait times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information about the menu, specials, and restaurant facilities.
  • Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist the front-of-house team with various tasks, including tidying the entrance, distributing menus, and preparing dining areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personal hygiene in the front-of-house area.
  • Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of mutual respect.
