Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, using our system to optimize table allocation.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide initial information about daily specials or promotions.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and accurately record reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
- Coordinate closely with the serving staff and kitchen team to manage table turns and dining flow.
- Assist guests with special requests, dietary needs, or celebrate special occasions.
- Handle guest feedback and direct any concerns to the appropriate management promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
