Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and bid them a fond farewell upon departure.
- Efficiently manage the restaurant's waiting list and reservation system, accommodating guest preferences.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and communicating any daily specials or relevant information.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, assisting with reservations, takeout orders, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area, host stand, and dining room throughout service.
- Assist in clearing, wiping, and resetting tables as needed to ensure smooth table turnover.
- Coordinate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to manage seating capacity and optimize guest flow.
- Handle guest concerns, feedback, or special requests with grace and promptness, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, daily specials, and current promotional offers.
- Adhere strictly to all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
