Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming food, beverage, and supply deliveries.
- Organize and store inventory items in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO – First-In, First-Out) and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area, including dry storage, refrigeration, and freezer units.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize spoilage, reporting any expiring or damaged goods.
- Assist in preparing orders for various kitchen stations based on requisitions.
- Contribute to maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and organization as needed.
