Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP principles.
- Help with plating and garnishing dishes as instructed by the kitchen staff.
- Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and maintain cleanliness of waste areas.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
