Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and cleaning cooking equipment.
- Support the cooking team by fetching ingredients, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and store food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to storage guidelines.
