Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, storage areas, and waste disposal units.
- Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with established procedures.
- Support culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Organize and maintain dry storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Ensure availability of clean dishes and utensils at all times, especially during peak service hours.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, following manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg)
