Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
- Manage assigned station efficiently, including stocking, preparation, and timely execution of orders during service.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP principles), maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food inventory, assist with ordering, and minimise waste to control costs and maintain freshness.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock and storage conditions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
