Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and orderly dining area.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and ensure condiments are stocked and readily available.
- Support the dishwashing team by bussing dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of side stations, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist in the general upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant premises.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
