As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of the establishment, responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. You’ll engage with patrons, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation within the dining area. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems, and relaying them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
