Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, proactively addressing any needs or concerns.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, server stations, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Resolve minor customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
