Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying close attention to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and grace.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Server in a busy establishment.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences.
