Key Responsibilities

- Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests depart, ensuring proper segregation of dishes, cutlery, and waste.
- Assist dishwashers by scraping and stacking dishes, ensuring a continuous supply of clean tableware for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces throughout shifts.
- Replenish necessary supplies such as napkins, condiments, and other table items as required.
- Support wait staff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, or running light items to tables as needed.
