Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and seating them promptly.
- Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering questions about food and beverages with confidence.
- Accurately taking food and beverage orders and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serving food and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently after guests depart, preparing for the next diners.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service, ensuring readiness at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, throughout the shift.
- Processing payments accurately using the restaurant's Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service assistants to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational regulations.

- Fluency in English; basic understanding of local languages (e.g., Yoruba) is a plus.
