Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about daily specials, ingredients, portion sizes).
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to their requests.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area for shifts or special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude, escalating complex issues to management.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
