Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies, beverages, and other essentials, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Uphold stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing breaks, and allocating tasks to optimize team performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and debriefings, communicating important information and reinforcing service standards.
  • Handle cash operations, including processing payments, managing till discrepancies, and preparing daily sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and resolve any service-related challenges.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in performance reviews and disciplinary actions for junior staff members as required.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
